Become a Camp Moja Head Counselor! 

Are you ready to take your Camp Moja experience to the next level?

Our Head Counselors are the mentors, cheerleaders, problem-solvers, and advocates who help our counselors thrive before and during camp. You’ll build relationships with your counselor team, help prepare them for the week, keep communication flowing, offer support when things get challenging, and help create the energy and environment our campers deserve.

We’re looking for people who are flexible, compassionate, grounded, aware, curious, creative problem-solvers, strong communicators, and able to find the humor when things get a little chaotic. Most importantly, you should be someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and wants to help make Camp Moja an incredible experience for both campers and counselors.

Who Can Apply?

Head Counselors must have at least two consecutive years of experience as a Camp Moja counselor within the past five years and be willing to participate in the Head Counselor selection process and pre-camp preparation.

Being a Head Counselor is an opportunity to lead with heart, make a difference, and help shape the Camp Moja experience for an entire team.
